SERIES favourite Leap To Fame is drawn to kick-start the Inter Dominion on a high note at Albion Park on Friday night.

The Grant Dixon-trained pacer will begin from barrier four in what appears to be the 'weaker' of the four heats, which has seen TAB Fixed Odds list the son of Bettors Delight as a $1.10 hotshot.

Leap To Fame is the $1.80 favourite to win the Final on December 16.

The four-year-old's older half-brother, Swayzee, is considered the biggest Championship threat at $3.50.

Winner of the Queensland Cup three weeks ago, Leap To Fame is expected to lead throughout the 1660-metre event.

Cantfindabettorman is rated as the main danger despite drawing awkwardly in gate six.

Prepared by New South Wales horsewoman Belinda McCarthy, Cantfindabettorman is the only other runner under double figures at $9.50.

"I couldn't be happier with him going into this," Dixon said. "He went super at his last start and I have kept him ticking along at home nicely since.

"I did consider giving him another run last week, but he didn't need it and will be right where I want him on the night."
