SPEEDING SPUR ACTION 1657

LEADING breeding establishment Woodlands Stud has joined the fight of a worthy cause.

The New Zealand-based operation has donated a stallion service to Standardbreds for Breast Cancer Trials, which is raffling the prize to raise valuable funds.

Formerly-known as the Breast Cancer Institute of Australia and the Australia and New Zealand Breast Cancer Trials Group, Breast Cancer Trials is a group of world-leading breast cancer doctors and researchers based in Australasia who are committed to exploring and finding better treatments for people affected by breast cancer through clinical trials research.

Breast Cancer Trials credo is “We can and we will find new and better treatments and prevention strategies for every person affected by breast cancer to save lives today, tomorrow and forever.”

As for the harness racing connection, Standardbreds for Breast Cancer Trials is offering a chance to win a service to Speeding Spur thanks to Woodlands Stud’s generosity.

A multiple Group One winning trotter, Speeding Spur boasts 28 wins – the fastest in 1:52.8 - and 22 placings from 68 starts for a bankroll of $1,220,147.

There is a limit of only 200 tickets at $25 per ticket, which can be purchased by clicking HERE

The wonderful prize is scheduled to be drawn on September 30.
